Thank you for visiting

Jackson Psychology Services is focused on providing high-quality psychological services. I offer specialist interventions/therapy to help improve emotional wellbeing and mental health. I hope to help you achieve your goals, improve your relationships and reduce distress.

I am a warm, sensitive and personable HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has many years of experience working with people who have struggled with a range of difficulties. I can help with issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, panic, trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem, work stress, relationship difficulties, eating disorders and sexual abuse. I am registered with a number of health insurance providers. I am an experienced therapist and can use a range of therapy models to help you improve your emotional wellbeing, relationships and overall ability to function better. These include Cogntive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), mindfulness and a number of other therapies, which we can discuss when we meet. For more information see the 'About' page.

I work privately in Kent and East Sussex. I offer appointments in the evenings and at weekends. Telephone and online sessions are available. No face to face sessions available currently due to COVID.

I also have a Clinical Psychologist Dr Rachael Miller (for further details see 'Associates' page), working for my practice in South East London (Central Greenwich) within walking distance of an overground station and other public transport links. There is both free and paid parking available local to the Greenwich comfortable consulting room. Rachael currently offers appointments on Tuesday evenings.

Online therapy sessions are also available. If you are interested in finding out more about how we may be able to help you, please contact me by visiting the 'contact' page.
